- FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If you would like to ship your order express, it must be placed online before 1:00pm Pacific Time in order for it to ship the same day. If placed online after 1:00pm Pacific Time, your order will ship the next business day. If your express order is placed by phone with a representative before 1:30pm Pacific Time, we can get your order out the same day. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count as shipping days. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Sagan Industries LLC. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please look over and or test all products upon receipt. If you would like to return an unused product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to used products that are returned within 30 days. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. If you return an order that originally received free shipping, the initial shipping expense will be deducted from the credit to your account.UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If your order is returned to us by our shipper because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper, in addition to the original shipping costs and the restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you would like us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will do so but will charge your credit card for a second set of shipping fees.EXCEPTIONS
All sales after 30 days are final. Credit will not be issued for products after 30 days. Only exchanges can be made on Unused products after 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping the product to us, the shipping charges to you for the exchange and any difference in price.PROMOTIONS
All items purchased in conjunction with a promotion are non-refundable. If the item is defective it may be returned for a replacement or store credit only.RMA PROCESSING
All returns require a proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed to be processed and may be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our Customer Service Department at (208) 359-3123. Once an RMA number is issued, products must be returned within 15 days.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. For your protection, we recommend that you return the product using an insured shipping method. Sagan Industries LLC is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

AquaBrick Container and AquaBrick Water Filtration System Warranty
The AquaBrick Container carries a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the materials or the workmanship of your AquaBrick™ at any time after your purchase, you may return it for a complete replacement. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective so long as the AquaBrick™ Container is properly maintained and properly used, as specified in the Operating Manual located on the Sagan Industries LLC website: www.saganindustries.com. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the AquaBrick™ Container and is not transferable.
Sagan Industries LLC warrants the components of the AquaBrick™ Water Filtration System to the consumer for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase, when used in accordance with the operating manual of instructions. This warranty does not cover improper use or maintenance or premature clogging of the Filter due to use with turbid water.
Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty of the AquaBrick™ Container and the 90 Day Warranty on the AquaBrick™ Water Filtration System Components, Sagan Industries LLC will provide a replacement AquaBrick or AquaBrick™ Water Filtration System Components, if it determines in its reasonable discretion, the product(s) to be defective in materials or workmanship during the respective warranty period.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty on the AquaBrick™ Container and the 90 day Warranty on the AquaBrick™ Water Filtration System Components DO NOT cover damages or defects caused by improper use, abuse, misuse, accident, impact, negligence, improper maintenance or storage, contamination and deterioration due to storage of liquids other than water, insect infestation or acts of God. Also, this Limited Lifetime Warranty and 90 Warranty DO NOT extend to those parts of the AquaBrick™ or AquaBrick™ Water Filtration System Components which are subject to wear and tear from normal use, such as the caps, cap gaskets, tubing, bulb pump, spigot and connection components.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE STATED HERE. ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES MADE BY ANY PERSON, INCLUDING ANY DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR OF OUR AQUABRICKS™ OR AQUABRICK™ WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM COMPONENTS, WHICH ARE INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY OR 90 DAY WARRANTY, ARE NOT BINDING ON US AND ARE OF NO EFFECT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS OF PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY RELATED TO THESE PRODUCTS.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY OR 90 DAY WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO PROVIDING A REPLACEMENT AQUABRICK OR AQUABRICK WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM COMPONENTS AS SET FORTH ABOVE. THIS REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. WE HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU MAY INCUR FROM FAILURE OF THE AQUABRICK™ OR WATER FILTRATION™ SYSTEM COMPONENTS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, THE DESIGN OF THE AQUABRICK™ OR WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM COMPONENTS OR CONSTRUCTION, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES CONSUMERS SPECIFIC RIGHTS.
To Obtain Warranty Service:
If you believe there are defects in the manufacturing or workmanship of the product within the warranty period stated above, return the product to Sagan Industries LLC with the following information: (a) Letter describing the suggested defect (b) Copy of Proof of Purchase Receipt. Please retain the original purchase receipt for your records. Sagan representatives will inspect the returned product and, at their reasonable, sole discretion, will replace or repair the defective item if the defect falls under the provisions of the stated warranty provisions. You are responsible and shall pay for all shipping costs required to obtain Warranty Service.
